ERBIL - Iraq's federal North Oil Company (NOC) is again pumping crude into the Kurdistan region's export system, after five months of shut-ins because of disputes over oil policy.
The export re-start signals a potential thaw in the relationship between Baghdad and the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG), two days after Iraq’s Parliament confirmed Jabbar Allibi* as oil minister, with Kurdish support.
