Iraq posts modest but sustained oil gains

BASRA - OPEC's number two oil producer is on track to increase exports by more than 7 percent this year, while it battles to buoy investor sentiment amid a damaging fiscal crisis.
Senior Deputy Oil Minister Fayadh Nema said Iraq is on track to see a 5 to 10 percent production increase this year and, most likely, through 2017.
