American electricity adviser killed
Right hand to Electricity Minister, others, hit by roadside bomb in Fallujah.The U.S. State Department's Deputy Director of the Iraq Transition Assistance Office and the top adviser to Iraq's Electricity Minister, Terrence "Terry" Barnich, was one of three Americans killed in a roadside bomb near Fallujah.
