Baghdad makes second KRG budget transfer

ERBIL - Iraq's federal government has sent a second budget transfer to the semi-autonomous Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) under a stop-gap political deal.
Two senior KRG officials said the transfer, of 200 billion Iraqi dinars ($138 million), was received Sunday morning.
