Bomb explodes near PM-designate Abadi’s house
Security already on high alert due to increased push by ISIS.BAGHDAD - At least eight people were killed in a bombing in the Karrada neighborhood near the house of Haider al-Abadi, who is nominated to be the next Prime Minister.
A senior Interior Ministry official said 30 people were also injured in the blast, which took place around 6 p.m.
