Iraq's nationwide oil exports were an average 3.277 million barrels per day (bpd) in October, the highest volumes since May this year and an increase from 3.049 million bpd in September.

The rise in exports comes after the Oil Ministry ordered more than 250,000 bpd of production increases from fields in southern Iraq, despite pressure from the OPEC-plus coalition to limit supply and support global oil prices.
