Iraqi oil production fell to a two-year low in March, as reduced demand and other coronavirus-related disruptions began to cause shut-ins at refineries and fields.
The country produced about 4.52 million barrels per day (bpd) in March, according to an Iraq Oil Report analysis based on data gathered from all producing fields in both federal Iraq and the semi-autonomous Kurdistan region* – a drop of about 100,000 bpd from February.
