The Council of Ministers held its normal session on Tuesday 8th of Nov 2016, headed by Dr. Haider al-Abadi.
Dr. Abadi gave a presentation on the great progress of "Oh Nineveh, we're coming" operations, and the advancement of our heroic troops in all sectors.
