Iraq shatters export records
In combination, Iraq's federal government and Kurdistan region exported about 4 million bpd last month, but both governments still face crippling cash shortages.

LONDON - The Iraqi state sent 4 million barrels per day (bpd) into the global oil market in November – including record output from the federal government and strong exports from the autonomous Kurdistan region.
Iraq's federal government exported a record 3.363 million barrels per day (bpd) last month*, according to the Oil Ministry. Its previous high-water mark was 3.187 million bpd, set in June.
