The Iraqi Council of Ministers held its normal session on Wednesday, Aug. 21, headed by Prime Minister Adil Abd al-Mahdi.
The Council approved the recommendations made by the Ministerial Energy Council regarding the Memorandum of Understanding with Kuwait over joint oil fields along the border.
