The Council of Ministers held its regular session on Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2019, led by Prime Minister Adil Abd al-Mahdi.
The Council of Ministers agreed to consider the unauthorized certificates which submitted to the administration before the issuance of this decision on the condition that the jurisdiction and need existed when appointing for employment, and the senior management has the discretionary authority for the above.
