Iraqi Cabinet decisions: Feb. 23, 2016
Whenever the media office of the Council of Ministers releases decisions of the Cabinet, Iraq Oil Report publishes a translation from the original Arabic.
Mr. Prime Minister, Dr. Haider al-Abadi, releases new guidance for all state institutions in the city of Ramadi to intensify efforts to restore stability in the city of Ramadi, and the liberated areas in Anbar province, and work on defusing bombs planted by ISIS in homes, and provide basic health services and water supply, and electricity service, and reconstruct educational institutions to encourage the displaced persons to return to their areas as soon as possible, commending all voluntary initiatives by the people of the city.
The Council of Ministers congratulated the nation for the victories achieved by our brave forces, and the uprising by Anbar tribal forces against the terrorist gang of ISIS, and their support to the army and police, praising all efforts and sacrifices made by our forces to preserve citizens' security and safety, and its determination to liberate Fallujah within foreseeable future.
