The Council of Ministers held its regular session, dedicated to the province of Basra, on Tuesday, Jan. 12, 2016, in the province of Basra, under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Dr. Haider al-Abadi, and in the presence of the governor of Basra and head of the provincial council, and issued several decisions relating to the development of services and economic projects in the province:
