The Council of Ministers held its normal session on Tuesday, headed by Dr. Haider al-Abadi.
Prime Minister Dr. Haider al-Abadi confirmed that regardless of the many challenges which the country is facing, our heroes are achieving victories and liberating lands. Rutba liberation operation started yesterday, and Inshallah will declare victory soon and finish the liberation of all lands from the terrorist gangs.
