The Cabinet held its regular session on Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2016, headed by Dr. Haider al-Abadi.
The council discussed the establishment of Dhi Qar oil company after it was suggested to be discussed for the second time, also discussed the exclusion of vehicles registrations and driving license requirements in Baghdad from the Cabinet decision # 347.
