The Council of Ministers held its regular meeting on Tuesday 8 October 2019, headed by Prime Minister Adil Abd al-Mahdi.
He explained the latest developments and the governmental efforts to respond to the protesters' demands in particular, his meetings with different social figures and other officials to find suitable solutions after normal life has been restored in Baghdad and the provinces.
