U.S. official tasked with advising Iraq Electricity Ministry, killed in Fallujah IED, returns to family in Chicago.Terry Barnich was returning to the nearby military base after inspecting a water treatment plant in Fallujah on May 25 when his vehicle in the convoy triggered an Improvised Explosive Device.
He and two others were killed.
