UPDATE: The fuel pipeline from Baiji to Ninewa was bombed again Monday night - the second time in two days, and the fifth in three weeks. At 11 p.m., just four hours after Oil Ministry crews had finished repairs following Sunday's bombing, an explosion tore through the pipeline, causing pumping to stop. The story below was published on Monday, before the fifth bombing.
Iraq's Oil Ministry cast blame on local forces for security breaches, as saboteurs carried out two more attacks on the pipeline that delivers fuel from the Baiji refinery to Ninewa province.
