New leader for Missan Oil Company

AMARA - The Iraqi Oil Ministry has made Adnan Noshi the head of Missan Oil Company (MOC), following the election of the former director, Ali Maarij, to the national Parliament.

The MOC is responsible for oil fields producing about 260,000 barrels per day (bpd), according to data issued by MOC spokesman Khalid Wahim in late June. By the end of the year, output is scheduled to reach more than 350,000 bpd.
