October production rises 4% despite OPEC-plus quota

Iraq boosted its production by about 150,000 barrels per day (bpd) in October, significantly exceeding its official OPEC-plus quota.

Nationwide production averaged 3.84 million barrels per day (bpd), according to an Iraq Oil Report analysis based on data gathered independently from all of the producing fields managed by both the federal government and the semi-autonomous Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG).
