Q&A: Abdul Karim Luaibi

BAGHDAD - On the sidelines of a conference at the Oil Ministry in Baghdad on Wednesday, Oil Minister Abdul Karim Luaibi held a rare press briefing, in which he discussed a few of the key issues affecting Iraq's highly prospective oil sector.
