ERBIL - In Iraq's upcoming national elections, Kurdish politicians are fractured, with various parties running on different electoral lists and unlikely to negotiate as a cohesive bloc in Baghdad.
Minority parties say it's a result of ruling parties' decisions and grasp on power, which has created a toxic level of distrust.
