VIENNA - A 40-year veteran of Iraq's oil sector, Fayadh Nema has been leading the day-to-day operations of the Oil Ministry since Adil Abd al-Mahdi stepped down as minister in March.
He faces a wide array of challenges. Money is in high demand, and short supply.
